All Online Materials on the SimplytoImpress.com website, including, without limitation, text, software, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, images, photos, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, and music are copyrighted intellectual property. All usage rights are owned and controlled by SimplytoImpress.com. You, the visitor, may download Online Materials for non- commercial, personal use only provided you 1) retain all copyright, trademark and propriety notices, 2) you make no modifications to the materials, 3) you do not use the materials in a manner that suggests an association with any of our products, services, events or brands, and 4) you do not download quantities of materials to a database, server, or personal computer for reuse for commercial purposes. You may not, however, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute Online Materials in any way or for any other purpose unless you get our written permission first. Neither may you add, delete, distort or misrepresent any content on the SimplytoImpress.com website. Any attempts to modify any Online Material, or to defeat or circumvent our security features are prohibited.

Everything you download, any software, plus all files, all images incorporated in or generated by the software, and all data accompanying it, is considered licensed to you by SimplytoImpress.com or third-party licensors for your personal, non-commercial home use only. We do not transfer title of the software to you. That means that we retain full and complete title to the software and to all of the associated intellectual- property rights. You’re not allowed to redistribute or sell the material or to reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise convert it to any other form that people can use. Under no circumstances may any graphics or pictures be duplicated for use on another web page, either by downloading from the website during the period of time it is posted online or from any other page on the SimplytoImpress.com web site, or by duplicating the design from the email of the proof provided to the customer.

All remarks, suggestions, ideas, pictures, graphics, comments, or other information that you send to SimplytoImpress.com through our site (other than information we promise to protect under our privacy policy) becomes and remains our property, even if this agreement is later terminated. What this means is that we don’t have to treat any such submission as confidential. You will not be able to have retaliation for using ideas you submit. If we use them, or anything like them, we do not have to pay you or anyone else for them. We will have the exclusive ownership of all present and future rights to submissions of any kind. We can use them for any purpose we deem appropriate to our SimplytoImpress.com mission, without compensating you or anyone else for them.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for any submission you make. This means that you (and not we) have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.  This also means that by submitting any information and pictures, you acknowledge that you are the guardian of the minor involved, and have the legal right to be submitting that information.

By submitting an order to SimplytoImpress.com, you agree to the following statements:

You certify that you have consent from the guardian of the child which you are submitting photos for, and that they understand the Terms of Use on SimplytoImpress.com.

You certify that you own or have the rights to use any information or pictures supplied by you and give SimplytoImpress.com your consent to display them on its web site. It is our understanding that when you submit a photo to SimplytoImpress.com that you own the rights to reproduce the photograph.  Please use our Photography Release if you have had your photo taken by a professional photographer.  If we do not receive a release from you we will have the understanding that you already have received this permission. All designs created with your photos may be used for promotional or advertising purposes without the expressed consent of the customer.

We are not liable for photographs mailed to us. We will try our best to return photographs to you that are sent via regular mail, but if you think that your photos may be lost or damaged, please keep a copy or save your negatives.

Modification, reuse, or reproduction of the product purchased on SimplytoImpress.com is expressly prohibited.

All items seen on SimplytoImpress.com have either been licensed and copyrighted to or created by SimplytoImpress.com.  Use of any of these subjects or images for any other purpose than that which is intended is expressly prohibited. All products and product designs remain the property of SimplytoImpress.com as the artist of the graphics and are not intended for free use.

SimplytoImpress.com may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. SimplytoImpress.com may modify this agreement at any time and such modifications shall be effective upon posting of the modified agreement on this site. Your continued access or use of this site upon or after the date of such modifications shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. To better protect your privacy, we have provided this notice pertaining to our online information practices and the way your information is collected and used.

Various types of personal information will be collected at the time that an order is placed including: name, address, email address, phone/fax number, credit/debit card information, etc.  This personal information will also include all statistics of the baby if applicable.

We use the information you provide about yourself or someone else when placing an order only to complete the order transaction process. We do not share this information under any circumstances with outside parties (such as marketers or advertisers), unless we have your authorized permission or are required by law to do so.  We value your trust very highly and will work to protect the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us. We use return email addresses to answer all incoming email we receive. These addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. 

We want you to feel completely secure when ordering from Simply to Impress Custom Designs.  To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have implemented appropriate technological, managerial, and physical procedures to safeguard and protect the misuse of personal information.

By using our website at SimplytoImpress.com, you are giving consent to us to use the information you provide for the intended purpose it is provided for. If any changes are made to our privacy policy, they will be updated here so that you are always aware of the most current Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds on these custom orders - all sales are final. We take pride in carefully retouching, proofing, and printing each order and have built Simply to Impress Custom Designs with customer satisfaction as our number one priority. You may request a free hard copy on any size order but strongly suggest that you have a hard copy mailed to you for orders of 75 or more cards. You are encouraged to have a few people proof read the proof before you approve it. After all- each of us are human- and therefore mistakes can be made. Please help us avoid any errors by thoroughly looking over your product proof. When you submit your payment, the sale has taken place; at that point there are no refunds.
